Pororo Cake With a Difference... The Winking Little Penguin And His Balancing Act!

This Pororo cake was commissioned by Melissa for her son Isaac's first birthday celebration. Melissa requested for a 3D sugar figurine of Pororo the Little Penguin, together with two of Isaac’s favorite toys at the moment, ball and drum. But she didn’t want Pororo to just stand still with a smiling expression on his face! She wanted a Pororo with a difference! A more animated character than the one she has seen on my previous Pororo cake.

So here he is… Happy and winking Pororo balancing on a ball!

The top tier cake resembles a toy drum, complemented with fondant drum sticks. The bottom tier cake was designed to coordinate with Isaac’s birthday party banner.
