Commissioned for a cool guy who loves jazz music and plays the saxophone, this jazz themed cake features a white sugar art saxophone with gold keys and trimmings. It was modeled after Yamaha's limited edition white alto saxophone!

Hello Kitty's Face!

Spent some time carving the shape of this "Hello Kitty" face cake and then discovered that there is a cake pan for it. Duh!!

This cake was commissioned by Cindy for her friend's birthday celebration. I couldn't resist adding pale pink sugar blossoms with black centers to the otherwise plain bow. I just love pairing pink with black!
