Ho! Ho! Ho! It's Santa Claus

For Christmas 2008 ...

a moist chocolate cake coated with dark and white chocolate ganache, topped with a 2-D fondant motif of Santa Claus, fondant hollies and berries.

Merry Christmas ... Ho! Ho! Ho!

The Santa Claus and other fondant decorations were made from home made fondant. Yes! I did managed to find the recipe and I must say, the flavour is so much better than the ready made fondant I used in last year's Christmas cake.
